時がたつのは早い！もう年末ですね。今回は、ヨガのレッスン抜きで楽しみましょう!!!
12月14日(土)7pm～、忘年会します！新橋・新宿教室合同のパーティーです。場所は、この前ワークショップをさせていただいた、笹塚にあるインド料理レストラン・プリヤマハル東京です。

今までヨガのレッスンを受けに来られた方はもちろん、恋人や大切なお友達(男性限定)も一緒にどうぞ。Rainbow Yoga Tokyoでヨガは受けたことはまだないけど、メンバーにどのような方がいるのかちょっと興味が・・・、という方も遠慮なく。
プリヤマハル東京では、マハラシュートラ州(州都はムンバイ、旧名ボンベイ）のインド料理を中心に出すお店で、他のインド料理店では食べられないものがあります。
美味しいです!!! お店の方いわく、マハラシュートラのディナーセット・ターリ(下記写真参照）は特におすすめ。
味は基本マイルドで体に優しい感じ。辛いのが苦手な人にも大丈夫ということですが、心配の方はさらにマイルドにすることもできるようなので、その時はお知らせください。
10人以上の参加者が予想されるため、料理のオーダーを事前にしていただけたらスムースに事が運びます。ご協力お願いします。
下記の4種類のターリには、チャイティーまたはラッシー(ヨーグルトドリンク)が付いてきます。また+300円でデザートもつけることができます。アルコール等他にも飲みたい方は、別にオーダーしてください。
ターリではなく、到着後にメニューをみて他のものをオーダーするのも可能です。他のメニューは、プリヤマハル東京のホームページにも載っています。

Can’t believe it’s almost the end of the year! Come, join us for a year-end party on Sat Dec 14 from 7pm at Priya Mahal Tokyo in Sasaduka. Sasaduka is only three stops away from Shinjuku on Keio line.

For those who has not taken any yoga classes at Rainbow Yoga Tokyo but would like to meet our members, you are welcome to join us at this year-end party.
Priya Mahal Tokyo is an Indian restaurant specialized for dishes from Maharashtra state(capital city: Mumbai). You can not have similar dishes at any other Indian restaurant in Tokyo. If you are not good at spicy foods, do not worry about it. Using the special spice from Maharashtra makes most of the dishes actually mild. If you want to get an extra mild one, they can make it for you. Just let us know.
Thali dinner sets are especially recommended in order to enjoy fully the local taste of Maharashtra. Please pick one from the four Thali dinner sets before you come(see the photos above). Of course, you can order your dish once you get there from the menu. But we are expecting more than 10 people joining the party. We want to get our dishes almost ready by the time we get there.
Thali dinner set comes with chai tea or lassi. You can add your dessert with 300 yen extra.
You may need the translation of the Thali menu, please do not hesitate to ask us about it.
