11月10日(土)、11AMより1時間、新宿御苑で無料のヨガレッスンをおこないます。良いカルマを広げましょう！
野外でするヨガって、気持ちいいんですよね。このイベントは、LGBTQ＆そのお友達に無料で受けていただけます（普段行っている男性限定のクラスとは違います）。ヨガの練習の後は、（希望者は）そのまま残ってピクニック気分でランチを公園で一緒に食べましょう。お弁当と飲み物を一緒に持参して下さいね。
また、このイベントは、「良いカルマを広げる」意味も込めています。レッスン料の代わりに、少額でいいですので、今回は、LGBTのコミュニティーでセクシャルヘルスに関する活動をしている、NPOの団体 aktaに寄付をすることを考慮していただけたら嬉しいです。レッスン後に寄付金を集めて、全額aktaにお届けます。

Free yoga class at the park
Spread the good karma. Move your body and engage with nature.
The free yoga class will be held on Sat November 10 at Shinjuku-Gyoen Garden from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm. This event is open to the LGBTQ group and their friends, which is different from our men-only classes. After yoga, we will stay and enjoy a picnic in the park together. Please bring your lunch and beverage with you if you choose to join us for the picnic.
Spread the good karma. In this free yoga class, you are highly encouraged to make a monetary contribution to akta for your participation, a non-profit organization to promote sexual health in the LGBTQ community in Japan. All contributions collected in this event will be made to akta.
