キャンセル料金 Cancellation policy

各レッスン(ヨガやシルクサスペンション)・イベント・ワークショップへのキャンセルには、下記のキャンセル料金が発生します。ご了承ください。

・ 開始時間の48時間以前: キャンセル料金無し
・24時間〜48時間: 参加費の50%
・24時間以内もしくは無断欠席: 参加費の100% (通常のヨガレッスンの無断欠席は200％）

無断欠席は極力避けていただくようお願いします。無断欠席が重なる場合、予約をお断りする場合がございます。

キャンセル料金は、次のレッスンの時にお支払いいただきます。次の予約がない場合には、お支払い方法をメールでお知らせいたします。

If you cancel your reservation of yoga class/silk suspension class/workshop/event, we will charge you a cancellation fee as below:

・More than 48 hours prior to your reservation time: No cancellation fee
・24 hours to 48 hours prior to your reservation time: 50% of the fee
・Within 24 hours of your reservation time or no-show: 100% of the fee (No-show for regular yoga class: 200% of the fee)

If you are having repeated no-shows, we do not accept any reservations from you for future booking.

The cancellation fee can be paid at your next class. If we do not get any new reservations from you, we will inform you about the cancellation fee in email.
