
Rainbow Yoga Tokyo is open to men of all nationalities, ages, sexual orientations, and other backgrounds. We are gay-friendly. We provide Hatha yoga classes, special workshops, and events.
Yoga means “unite”. Through a tool of Yoga, here is the place we can casually get together to relax and rejuvenate. Come, join us.
Date & time:
1 hour / 1 hour & 30 minutes class in weekend, two to three times a month.

Location:
We are using a couple of the rental studios in Shinjuku-Ku area. We will send you the information for the location once you spot is confirmed.
Fee:
1 hr Yoga class: 1000 yen/class
30 minutes Myofascial release & 1 hr Yoga class: 1500 yen/class
Level:
Gentle: suitable for beginners
Low-intermediate: for those who has practiced and familiar with basic yoga postures
What to bring:
・Yoga mat or towel to lay down on the floor.
・Water bottle for hydration
・Comfortable stretchy clothes for exercise
There is no yoga mat rentals.
Language:
Please note that the class is conducted in Japanese. While our instructor’s English is limited, there are usually a few English speakers among the participants who can assist with translation. Don’t be shy—join us, try some poses, breathe, relax, and rejuvenate!”
