このイベントはキャンセルとなりました。新宿御苑は6/2より再びオープンしますが、2メートル以上のレジャーシートの使用不可となっています。ヨガマットは2メートルはありませんが、密をさけて、だれもが気持ちよく公園で過ごしたいですよね。このイベントはいったんキャンセルとし、また気兼ねなく楽しく御苑でヨガができるようになりましたら、企画したいと思います。ご了承ください。
アウトドアーで練習するヨガって、気持ちいいんですよね！開放感といいますか、自然と一体になる感覚が何とも言えません。新宿御苑で一緒に楽しくヨガを練習しましょう。無料です。
性自認男性の方なら、どなたでも参加可能です。Rainbow Yoga Tokyoに参加したことのない方でも、もちろんオッケー。気軽にお越しください。初心者の方もwelcome。
ヨガの後は、（希望者は）そのまま残ってピクニック気分でランチを一緒にしましょう! お弁当と飲み物を持参して下さいね。この日はちょうど、青森レインボーパレードの日でもあります。一緒に応援もしましょう！

レベル: 初級～初中級
持ち物:
-ヨガマット、もしくは芝生の上にひくブランケットやタオル等
-運動のしやすい服装(着替えが必要な方は、トイレでお願いします）
-飲み物やお弁当
This event has been cancelled. The park itself will re-open on June 2. According to the info from this park to keep the physical distance, the big size of picnic blanket should not be used. Yoga mat is not like that big. However, everyone should feel comfortable and enjoy visiting park. I have decided to cancel this event at this time.
Let’s practice yoga outdoor and engage with nature. Literally, you can breathe fresh air!
It will be held at Shinjuku Gyoen National Garden on Sun June 7.
This event is free of charge. It is open to men of all nationalities, ages, sexual orientations, and other backgrounds. Beginners are also welcome.
After the practice, we can enjoy a picnic in the park together. Bring your own lunch and beverage with you.

Level: Beginner to low intermediate level
What to bring:
-Yoga mat or towel/picnic blanket
-Comfortable stretchy clothes for exercise (You can use the public bathroom if you need to change the clothes)
-lunch and beverage
